Response time
We usually reply within 24 to 48 hours on working days. Weekends and public holidays take a little longer. If your message is time-sensitive — a correction to a live article, for example — put URGENT in the subject line and we will move it up the queue.
Writing for us
We work with freelance writers covering entertainment, education, and feature stories. If you would like to contribute, email us with:

- Two or three writing samples or links to published work
- The topics you would like to cover
We do not accept unsolicited guest posts written purely for backlinks, and we do not publish AI-generated filler. If you have something real to say, we want to read it.
Reporting an error
If we have published something inaccurate, please tell us. Include the article link, the specific line you are disputing, and — if you have one — a source we can check. We take corrections seriously and we publish them openly rather than editing quietly.
